Little bit off topic here, but congrats to old boys Lalakai Foketi, Max Jorgensen, Angus Bell, and Andrew Kellaway on their selection in the Wallabies 2023 RWC side.
Goes to show just how talented the AAGPS comp is.
Good luck to all these boys and the Wallabies.
With the season coming to an end just wondering who everyone's top 3-4 Forum users where for the year. Level of chat, maturity on the forum and banter all come into play here.
@Joker always talks so highly about how they joeys boys play the game so gracefully with respect for the game and respect for the opposition.
Where's the respect from Pat Young refusing to shake the View boys hands pre-game?
Looked like a leg injury but I'm hearing it was a broken arm/wrist. Not entirely sure though looked pretty bad. Fingers crossed the young lad is alright.
It's still 2023 lads and the season is far but over. The predictions for 2024 are interesting but they would be better suited for the forum once the season is finished. Let's focus on the present rather than the future.
Cheers, Uncle S
I know this new pathway selection has its positives but I think it's much easier for everyone if it goes.
GPS, CAS and ISA teams ---> NSW schools 1 and 2 vs QLD 1 and 2 -----> Aus u18s
Pretty easy to understand and majority of boys get a run in the GPS sides so don't see the need for so much...
Aden Ekanyake has some of the best ball skills I've ever seen for such a big body. Should 100% make whatever team is highest (Aus Schoolboys or junior wallabies???)
I know we aren't tipping on the games tomorrow nor am I even in the tipping comp but I'm going to have a crack as I am somewhat familiar with the QLD GPS comp (don't hold me to that).
QLD 1 vs NSW 1 - NSW +5
Think it will be a lot closer than some expect. QLD have some top-end talent this year...
