Petaia at fullback and new to it, wright on the wing with history of brain farts, and vunivalu on the wing as a player still learning the trade…what could go wrong?
Rennie at a training session this week did a drill to ask all the players to assume their normal positions they would take during a super rugby game. Apparently all the reds players immediately went behind the goal posts to wait for the conversion.
See Brad Thorns influence shining through...
Your hilarious Reg. And that is your best response. Lol I am crying for sure (with laughter). Mate when it comes to sledging you are the ‘reds’ equivalent. Ie lots of show but when it comes to bringing it on the field a total flop.
Going back to the training ground son and work on your game as...
Crap just re-read this as something serous when really light hearted fun…but as nsw person heck yeh do I want to stir the pot for my cousins north of the border…hell yeh
Ps after years of tahs/nswru woes for once we may have the upper hand…
Yeh reds fans need more festival of hate on this site so think time to ramp it up as too passive on here as others commented. Reds deserve a canning so time to step it up…
Festival of hate ramp up coming…let’s start on reds first as easy target especially as some of the reds fans on here a...
My personal view when agent having that much impact (picone) a concern. Don’t know I am pro the agent, but not sure reds managed him well even if he is a a’hole.
I think paisami gets to start ahead of Perese with a bit of wallaby encumbency. Which I am fine with. Perese gets his chance from the bench at least and Hunter been pretty solid at wallaby level.
Dunno I think Hugh Sinclair been a very consistent super rugby performer. Wallaby material no, but definitely think calling him fringe super rugby player (not saying you did) would be incredibly disrespectful for how he has performed over the last 2 seasons.
Yep and solid bench as well. I don’t think on paper the team that far behind Fiji but where fiji has the major advantage is on Ben Darwin’s cohesion theory with so many players from the drua and use to playing together.
In case looking forward to the match.
Hilarious to think not long ago tahs were desparate for a decent 10 and now the only super rugby side with a plethora of quality super rugby proven 10s
Let’s face it it is a war for talent and hence important to make sure culture and environment supports player retention.
Does seem a bit more turbulence at reds then the normal player turnover.
I think as tahs has shown healthy when have at least 2 good 10s (super rugby ready) competing for starting position. So at this point, I would say reds (feeling generous to include them lol), force, and rebels could do with another quality 10. Iona pretty good for brumbies as back up 10 so...
