    Enjoy losing the referendum :)

Goes to show the level of group think and lack of diversity of thought in these organisations. Ironic given they have a fawning conga line of sycophants that evangelise "diversity" (political and regional diversity not included sorry). Perhaps we should have quotas for regional and interstate...

No, no voters aren't going to stop watching, except for the intergalactically dim people that do watch sky (who were probably never rugby fans in the first place, and allegedly said they'd stop watching after Folau anyway), but this is a debate about what the right thing to do is, not whether it...

Which claims? I'd love to know. I personally utterly detest Sky News, so I'm very surprised to be compared to them. PS here is a trend chart of the YES v NO vote, published in the Sydney Morning Herald (NOT SKY!) yesterday. If anything, the voice primary vote is falling earlier, and faster...

Can I say I don't think the statement is very good at all, and it's clearly written by an organisation that doesn't know what it's getting into when it wades into a very very serious political issue. For a start, as a political issue, this is far more party partisan than the previous issues...

Still apoplectic. It really is just outrageous

Rugby AU must demand a response from the highest levels of World Rugby leadership. Just fucking outrageous

The ridiculous rumoured ban against a fan for calling Eddie Jones a traitor

The disdain for fans being a bit passionate and rowdy is exactly why this game struggles to rate in mainstream Australia Important to remember most Australians don't actually think life is a Surry Hills People and Culture Department, as much as people here repeat their talking points and worldview

The ridiculous rumoured ban against a fan for calling Eddie Jones a traitor

Not sure the Fair Work Act will actually allow Nine to sack him. You have to remember the catch-all contractual clauses like 'bringing the game into disrepute' don't apply to back room staff (which is a good thing - strongly disagree with companies having a right to sack employees for what they...

The ridiculous rumoured ban against a fan for calling Eddie Jones a traitor

I can't be the only one out there that finds it a complete affront to Australian values that the bloke who called Eddie Jones a traitor is speculated to be banned from Wallabies games for five years as reported this afternoon by The Australian. Outrageous, and a disgrace if it goes ahead. On...

Australia v England: Match II @ Suncorp 7.55pm AEST, 09/07

Outplayed in the first half in the tight, England kicked random penalties for nothing, we waste our set piece chances in the second half

Loving the build up to this test and the series in general. Feels like the first time in ages where the talking points are entirely rugby focussed rather than rugby au leadership shitshow / Folau saying something dumb / some other non rugby controversy, isn’t it great

I'd have liked to see Vunivalu get a run over Wright who I don't think has as much potential at test level, but you can't really say it's a howler or anything. Still a decent team, Kellaway is a loss though. I suspect Wrights inclusion is more about him being a known quantity defensively and...

Is it just me or does Joe Marler look like an extra from game of thrones? "Lad, if you go there, you'll be eaten alive"

Any analysis of our gameplay shows that between the Cheika era and now we are tactically night and day. Kicking in play, selections, all have some kind of a resemblance of rational thought under Rennie. Under Cheika our entire operation seemed to be run and try and score tries.

    Broadcast options for Australian Rugby

It's good to see a bit of finger pointing and moaning from over the ditch. Shows our fans that our administration is strong. I agree with McLennan on several points too. I reckon doing stuff like this is a great way to shut up the people here that dunk on the administration too, it builds base...

The renaming of the "Cook Cup" decision

I support the decision. I dislike the ahistorical, divisive rhetoric that is used around Captain Cook, much of which does not actually align with his record and much of which is more about adding fuel to a partisan bonfire and importing the worst of divisive American politics rather than...

Yeah it's very obviously a negotiating leverage ploy. They should scare them a bit by making it a bit more legit than just a leak to a journalist. You can also make the case that the leak is orchestrated right down to who it was given to - Nine wouldn't appreciate their own newspapers shitting...
