Bit of headless chook stuff in the last quarter of the game with no one really taking control of the game management aspect. The kicking appeared to be aimless and panicked and allowed the Highlanders to play to their strengths and dominate field position. This is where Lance really needs to...
Reds are developing good winger stocks.
Petaia’s defense and positional sense have been impressive. Looks like a potentially good 13 for mine, but wing is probably the right place for him at the moment. Another full season of NRC will help Daugunu address his positional frailties, he needs...
A brave effort from the Reds but they may be disappointed not to take the points. Mystified that the yellow card was reversed by the ref following Perenara fibbing off, pivotal moment that. Lance had a shocker with the boot that’s for sure, and Daugunu does show his inexperience at times...
Haven’t read other comments but did watch the game on the box. That Crusaders side is very skillful. Great width, good angles being run, tenacious D...a delight to watch. Down to 13 for the second week in a row, but jest get on with it. Bridges and Taufua were immense, among many good players.

Who else failed to put it out? Stewart actually made a couple of rookie errors but that’s to be expected. No one actually minds so much, as he is coming on in trying circumstances. Your undying infatuation is annoying is all.

Would like to see CFS with more ball in hand, he is just as destructive as Kerevi in attack, and the play of shoveling it to Kerevi every time it goes out to the backline is way too predictable and easy to plan against defensively. DP may well be the guy to unlock all that.
