Quarter Finals : NZ vs SA teams

Bound to be an upset or two. SA sides don't seem to get as easily rattled by NZ teams as the OZ sides.

    Quarter Final - Brumbies vs Highlanders, 22 July 2016 @ 6:00pm

It may well be that the Tahs might have finished the season in better form but the fact is that they had fewer wins than the Brumbies and lost two games to them in the regular season. Time to let it go and support the Aussie underdog!

    Brumbies v Force - Sat 16 July 2016

Not quite the performance one was hoping for but a wins a win. Deserved Aussie conference winner defeating all other OZ teams as Brumby Runner mentioned. Who knows what will happen next week but at least they are there to find out. I reckon they'll give an honest account of themselves. Pocock...

    They defended very well.

    Brumbies v Force - Sat 16 July 2016

On paper that is not a bad looking Force side, good back line. Brumbies look to have the advantage in the forwards and on the bench. The mathematic requirement is obvious but the Brumbies will be looking for a dominant performance to bury any demons from last week and get some momentum for next...

    Blues v Brumbies - Friday 8 July 2016

Back to the game...the Brumbies were not only outplayed, they were well and truly outsmarted. Good tactics from Umanga that unsettled a Brums outfit that were too slow to adjust and struggled to play catch up.

    Blues v Brumbies - Friday 8 July 2016

DHP has had a bumper breakout season and should be applauded for it. The fact that he leads all fullbacks in most stat areas is testimony to that and a clear indication of his dominance in a team that has struggled this season.

As I've implied to your other mate, there is little point in trying to have a rational conversation with an anonymous poster who has strong opinion. i'll respect your right to express an opinion, and remain disappointed with your pointed negativity. Did you see any upside in the game?

I hope Fardy is not too banged up, He looked to be in trouble for some time before he came off. That was some brick wall that he ran into.

Reds vs Chiefs, Fri 8th July, Suncorp Stadium

It doesn't look pretty but what did anyone expect? This is a bunch of guys who are only just emerging from an extended period of toxicity, and many of them only rookies.,against the most dominant side in the comp.....sheesh, give it some time.

    Blues v Brumbies - Friday 8 July 2016

Yes, you are one of the posters that I was referencing. It' not worth trying to have rational debate on a forum with anonymous posters who won't be swayed, so i'll respect your right to express an opinion, have my say, and move on and support the positive aspects of rugby, On Toua,, sure he...

    Blues v Brumbies - Friday 8 July 2016

Long time reader and former poster making a return. Well done Blues you deserved your win. Disappointed as a Brumbies supporter, but that was comprehensive. What disappoints me on this forum, and this thread in particular, is the negative and personal nature of a couple of posters to...
