Great result!

Very interesting that China finished 3rd ahead of the US. And they actually went into the semi finals as the 2nd seed.

Shows what olympic inclusion means to the sport.

It's been announced that the English Women's 7s team have turned pro.

Overall it's another positive step in the development of the women's game. I do have a slight concern about the focus on 7s above 15s but Olympic funding probably had a big impact.
