ACT Brumbies 2026

The Ghost of Raelene

John Eales (66)
Don't know if he's had enough of that sweet sweet yen though. RA would have to come to the party you'd think and unless Kiss has high regard on him for the Wallabies through to 27 it's unlikely.

Would be a great option though.

Maybe. Could do a lot worse but it's the 15 that's the problem. Wilcox has history in the position but no Super Rugby experience. I know Toole is such a weapon on the Wing but there's also something exciting about him with more space and he has time there in the JID right?

Muirhead is the safe option right now but he's limited and no doubt a game plan change. Is Edmed an option with Meredith at 10...
Pritchard has the aerial ability. Minimal super experience though.

I reckon it will be Meredith at 15 if Wright is out, but I had been really looking forward to seeing him get time starting at 10. Sapsford might be an option. Not sure if he's played there before, but he is a proven Super Rugby level player and seemingly has the smarts to play any spot in the backline outside 10. Longer term I wonder if Chase Oates might make a go of 15. Still U19 this year but is showing good form at 10 in JID Cup and looks to have the ability both defensively and attacking-wise to play 15 if required.

Good thing we've got Super AU to trial out some players.

Uh huh

Harry Wilson who is back in Australia from Wales and playing for Easts in the SS is an option out there. Most of his Super Rugby has been at 13 but he has a fair bit of experience at 15.
Did you mean Harry Wilson? Or Will Harrison? Or Will Harris? Or Will Miller? Or Mill Willer? Or Adam Willace-Harrison?

Honestly I make fun of Afrikaners for only having like nine different names to make combinations out of, but Aussie whites seriously need to lift our game

Harry Wilson's (QLD Reds) brother is Will Wilson which is absolutely crazy to me.

I've met at least 1 Thomas Thompson.

Meredith originally listed as a 15.
