SPLC even with imports will not be strong enough to beat some teams. They may have begun to be well drilled in training this year but previous years teams have just rolled over them. I cant agree with you more with the bottom 3. But top 3 with SEC, Padua and MCA in that order i dont think so. I believe there is only 3-5 16's in the current 1st XV aswell as padua only have 3 at tops, and ashgrove only got 1. TBH Ashgrove may take over this comp next year, Depending on other teams and pre season. But My opinion

1. ASH
2. SEC
3. Padua
4. SPC
5. SPLC
6. Iona
7. Villa
8. Lauries

I believe very very tight competition next year.

Padua have at least five year 10 or 11 starting players in the 2014 lineup with many more benching and getting game time. They will be very strong in 2015.

14. Liam Mullins (Met West Union 2013 + 1st XV 2014 Bench)
15. Sebastian Grace (SEQ League 2013 + 15 A's 2014)

There is a lot of Met West Player in this squad. I attended the State Champs and although these boys made the final they really were nothing to marvel at. In saying that though they are very skillful and if they play a more Union style of play rather than league style they certainly have the opportunity to be a force next year.

Darece Anae is moving schools next year so he won't be in the team.

I didn't see them play but I know they beat Met North in the finals. In my opinion Ashgrove isn't going to be that great. My reason is that they don't have many star players, the only danger I would consider from them is Gabriel Kopana who I know plays league. What position does he play in rugby union? Pat's next year will beat Ashgrove the same way they did this year, through 3 or so star players being Jack Kelly, Justin Sikimeti and Mana Cecil.

It'll be very close between Padua and SEC. Padua will have a few good young guns coming up to play while SEC will most likely have to rally around their current 16's since their 15's aren't so great. I heard Pat's have a good 15's as well.

Anyone got an idea on what 15's should make their respective 1st XV teams next year?

I heard Josh Schweitzer palmed off Fraser Holding and ran 50 metres to score a try in the 16's game in round 5. Anyone else know of any decent hookers lerking around in grade 11 this year?

I can confirm that happened, Josh is surprisingly quick for how strong he is.
