Fantastic game of rugby. Game ended a minute early due to a GC player injury. Looks like an ACL or hamstring.

WA came back from of 10-3 half time score and GC had a good defensive effort the last 7 or 8 minutes.

And how did the U15 pink boys do?
U17 sounds like it was on the edge of your seat stuff.

The U17 game was very much so, with Sunshine Coast getting their 15 points in the first half and Brisbane Pink, in the second half, scoring their second try (not converted from a quick field gaol attempt) to go to 10 points with the ensuing kick-off taken by SC with 55 seconds remaining on the scoreboard.
A series of penalties allowed BP to within 22 metre mark, and a quick tap, with a grubber kick from the fly half could have ended the game, but for a SC player punching the ball out over the try line amounting to another penalty, from which the forwards finally scored under the posts, 15 all, but with the easiest of conversions after full time.
A cracker of a game that no one deserved to lose.

3 horse race for the Pool A U17. North Harbour on 16, West on 15 and Vic on 15. This one is going down to the wire.

Here's how it could go down from the manual:

In the event that two (2) teams are equal in their pool at the end of the pool match series, their positions will be determined using the following ordered protocol:
(i) The winner of their head to head match in that pool;
(ii) The team that scored the greater number of tries in that match;
(iii) The team with the greater differential of “for” points compared to “against” points in all of their pool matches;
(iv) The team scoring the greater number of tries in the pool matches;
(v) If the above cannot distinguish between teams, the Competition Director or Nominee will conduct a “draw from a hat” to determine the Finalist.

Unfortunately not. I was told later it was the half back, but I cannot verify that.

Well the halfback was yellow carded the night before for 3rd man into a scuffle, pretty close to getting a red for more of the same later in the game. He was looking to start fights all throughout the match. With Ipswich very close clinching a finals spot, it would be a real disappointment for the rest of the team if he was sent off for something stupid.

Hey anyone know what the formula is for the WA teams progressing to the conference finals? have they scored enough bonus points etc...Are Logan and GC still in with a chance in 15s and 17s? or have their campaigns ended.....

15s need to just win both games left 17s need to win with bonus points in both games. That will tie on table with Logan but will go through becuase they won on the head to head
