You’d be jealous of these guys if you’re and UFA at camp. Have a NFL backed contract to land on a practice squad somewhere.

Done the right thing not trying to be a WR (World Rugby) (World Rugby). He doesn’t have the speed.
Absolutely stoked to see how he goes. Don't see him as fitting the physical profile of a blocking tight end, maybe more of a receiving tight end like Jimmy Graham/Travis Kelce or an old school H-back that can run routes, take snaps from the backfield, and be lead blocker for the running back when they're running power concepts.

NOLA Gold is gone and San Diego and LA are merging in the MLR. Should see quite a few Australians back on the market. Mostly below super level, but Jed Holloway and Brad Wilkin would add plenty to a super side.

They’re also the guys likely to be kept on a merged roster and fringe blokes like Luke Burton made available.

Holloway and Wilkin would be good additions though. If I’m the Tahs I’d love Holloway back with Leota gone.

Lealifano could get a gig in an Aus side as well on skill when you look around at some of the guys with jobs.

There are limitations though, both in terms of cap and foreign players. I'm not sure how successfully the merged entity will be able to control who they keep, so if a team wanted to make an offer they'd probably be able to get any non-American player they wanted (assuming the player was interested).

MLR is just as likely to not exist in 3-4 years. It’s such a flighty pop gun comp.

Holloway's wife is American I think? I seem to recall he went over there to setup base so she could be near family and get her career going etc. Would be interesting to see if those plans change now
Could be more likely to remain and take a team in the UK for a cheque. Stay in the NH.
