I guess it's only conjecture regarding the source of the leak, but I reckon the party most inclined to look to "Park" the problem elsewhere is the one
responsible for the Sponsorship deals since he/she would want it patently clear why the new agreements will not be as lucrative as before. The problem

I've read it in our press over here and it's still going on, English rugby is in disarray right now but, I believe w eneed a strong England, It all depends what happens now, who they put in as the Manager and the set of coaches need to be strong, also some of the old guard need to be jettisoned, If they are so concerned about how much they can earn the threat of not earning should be made as plain to them as possible.
