We drove all the way to Oakhill only to be told when we got there that Juniors game was cancelled due to the grounds being unsafe until 10am.

Don't understand what a difference of 2 hours is going to make
I hope you found a nice cafe somewhere along the way!

Oakhill 15's were super keen for these fixtures today. Would have been a far better contest in A's with significant improvement from the side since the last meeting at Queens.
Players & Parents and BBQ crew from our end just as frustrated as the East would be too.

But muddy at Pittwater but ground in decent condition.
Auggies up 10-7 at 25min
Quite some gains from rolling malls by Auggies (weirdly Rugby TV has used STA as their name which makes my think of Stannies instead)

Broadcast for Pats v Knox doesn't seem to be working, albeit listed as a 3.44pm start (also note there is a Clark Cup Hills v Knox game on)

Ding dong second half at Pittwater. St. Augustines with most posession but no scoring. Injury break with Barker attacking.
Appears to be a leg/ ankle injury to one of the Auggies boys.

Restarted 14-13 at 21min mark

TJ Talaileva in for Barker near posts after a lot of phases.
Barker 21-13 at 25min mark after Deane converts.

Final. Knox 42 Pats 21.
Pats did a good job holding out Knox in the 2nd with at least three held-up calls

Knox were very good in crappy conditions today. Their loose forwards turned over a lot of ball and they converted most of their opportunities near the try line.

Pats had their moments but seemed to suffer from some por decision making at times.

EDIT - Knox forwards were the highlight as well as their 15

What that really the reason or the result from earlier in the season .
Anyway I hope you were able to enjoy their fine BBQ offerings.
No doubt it was the result earlier in the season that made this decision easier.

BBQ wasn't even operating at that time which was more of a disappointment.

Just wanna say that it was Kinross 3rds versing Scot's All Saints 1ST XV, and Kinross 4th VX had to play Aloy's 3rd XV
