Jason Holland becomes the second backs coach to leave in as many years.

So what are our bets on replacements? Wayne Smith? Joe Schmidt? Some random former Crusader? The man, the myth?
Well won't be Smith or Schmidt I guarantee. Think the man we would like is tied to the Boks until 2027. I genuinely not sure if we need a replacement unless there is a very high standard replacement, a Brown or Andrew Goodman, who I think is also tied in until 27 at Ireland?
