Using the unisex disabled loo saves them both from that particular walk of shame (until mobile phone cam guy decides to capture the egress for posterity )

When you're dealing with Male, female, and disabled toilets, 100% correct.

When the toilet is (a) located within a male, female or unisex bathroom or (b) a part of a series of individual cubicles, if all other stalls are occupied, and no disabled person is queuing you go for it.

No able bodied person should choose disabled toilet over normal toilet. They're correct to choose disabled toilet over no toilet.

All this assumes toilet being used for toilet purposes (number 1, number 2, and feminine issues). Puking, sex stuff, make up etc. Fuck off, wait for yours, or better yet, don't do it at all.
