I also like the look of Patrick James, he isn’t getting the tries the rest of his teammates are, but he is a solid, no nonsense fullback who doesn’t miss tackles and positions himself well on kick returns. When both QCountry wingers were sin binned, he covered the back 3 all by himself.

Not disagreeing with you but just needed to point out the Hamish Stewart defended at second fullback while the wingers were in the bin.

Stewart I think had the better of McGregor. His all round game is stronger and he has a bit of size about him that allows him to more than hold his own in contact.
