  • Best BBQ- Joeys. The "rower" is a carnivores wet dream. A protein power pill.
  • Best canteen- Scots Blackwatch closely followed by Kings. Good coffee and service @ Scots.
  • Best meat pie- Shore then daylight. Quality product
  • Best cheering- Riverview. I don't know what they are on but they wont bloody stop and just fun to watch
  • Best dressed mothers- Kings. Style never dies. best picnics as well.
  • Match of the Year- Joeys v View. Had everything, falling posts, old boy invasions, last minute tries.
  • Biggest controversy- How Hugh Bokenham doesn't get a gig in Oz schoolboys when every other NSW 1 players did. Go figure?
  • Biggest disappointment- Newington's pork roll. Why? Because they ran out. Bugger.

Does Lefebvre have a brother or cousin at Kings? (Guy Lefebvre)

It's not really a very common surname, unless you are in Normandy.

Kings will have a very strong backline again next year with the likes of 12. Will Penisini 11. Jordan Williams 14. Joseph Sua'ali'i and 15. Johnny Connolly all back. Anyone know what the forward pack will be like?

Very True Rich_E,

Seems like a number of schools have quite a few returning, particularly in the backs.
It will be interesting to see where Joseph S. plays, suspect it won't be wing, maybe 13.

Connolly, Penisini, Sua'ali'i is quite a 10, 12, 13 combination.

And the Best Dressed Fathers!!!

That would be a tough one.
What does the GPS father fashion look like?

Joeys dad. Bush hat, stubble, Big smile. full mouth of teeth optional

cussy-1.jpg

Scots Dad. Bossy, opinionated and barking orders from the sideline

russell-crowe-master-and-commander-far-side-of-the-world.jpg

Riverview Dad. Frilly robes, silly hats and an air of superiority from always being right.

article-1278391-09933621000005DC-562_634x454.jpg

Newington dad. Caring, kind before he smacks you in the head for being a smart arse

summer-heights-high-episode-4-jonah-and-his-father-molestation-chris-lilley.jpg

Kings dad. Generous, warm and experienced at showing of his weekend cottage in Bowral

Shore father. Even they can't work out why they can't win

That is quite a team.
Anything less than outright victory next year would be hugely disappointing for the Joeys faithful.
Newington and Kings seem to be touted as the biggest threats to Joeys dominance.
Back to being underdogs for those in gold from Bellevue Hill.
I just hope we can keep the weekly margins to less than 50.;)
Remind me again of when the mercy rule kicks in...............
