NSW AAGPS 2025

Ben Wright (S) also has got to be very close to this list.
The u16 boy was on fire, with the standout plays involving a run down the sideline and a kick back inside for a try, pressure on a kick that resulted in a drop and then he chased the ball and sadly got his try stolen. He played incredible all round and has a bright future.

Haven't seen the other games but just keep an eye out for him, #14 for Scots.
Great take, Bright future ahead for the kid.

That's a quick turn around for a team of the week. How do you watch the games so quickly

Newington will be looking scary this weekend with Makasini playing again. Definitely two premiership contenders. If the New boys can block out the crowd and utilise the speed of Roberts-Lintmejir, the size of Kupu and Makasini, and Granthams leading conversion rate, I can genuinely see an upset occuring at the Hill.

Well said, Hoping to see some more of Scots this year, thought last year was lacking.
Lacking? I was only there for term 2, but away, Scots matched Kings and View, and were very close to Shore.

I reckon Scots have the second best away crowd size, behind Joeys of course, but home, I feel as if they lack a bit more. We'll see this weekend.

Scots last year were underwhelming despite a star-studded team.

Dont think Shore won a game today sadly. Credit to Joeys through the grades - jeez every team is the same - crisp passing, fit and time after time, speedy wingers and fullbacks scoring tries.
That number 10 for Joeys 2nds is one to watch. Year 10 as well.

I think you might find that the #9 and #10 for Joeys 2nds were both year 10!

1. Scots
2. Joeys
3. View
4. Shore
5. TAS
6. Kings
7. Grammar
8. SBHS
I think this is too harsh on the old SGS. I think some of the talent is being overlooked despite the recent results (which are only in trials). The year 12 players have some good skill including the fullback who will likely be a contender for a GPS team. The team is young but ready to play only going down by small margins and simple things in the games so far. I would definately keep my eye on them this year after the strong performance last year.

Hey, Try Line vet, I was watching from the hill on the weekend, truly is a great oval and a big thanks to TKS for hosting a great day at Parramatta.
It was great to see a few young men come up to me and have some great conversations,

Scots 3xv
I thought Scots demonstrated their talents in all areas on Saturday. Their forwards were taking good strong carries accumulating great post contact metres which allowed the scots backs to play off the back of this, Once the ball got to the backs it was pretty much game over with both the 9 and 11 having a double, as I said before this 3rds scots team is definitely a special one with talents all around the field, would not surprise me one bit if they get up for the prem this year.

Kings 3xv
A lot of things went wrong for the boys in blue and white on the weekend. The team quite simply got manhandled by a bigger, faster and better team. The king's forward pack was smaller than I've seen in recent years, and couldn't quite get things working for themselves A lot of dropped balls and errors were killing them. The #11 for kings was doing a lot of dangerous tackles, would like the coach to bring this up with him, would hate to see someone injured because of reckless or incorrect tackling technique. To summarise, the team just didn't feel connected out there, would love to see them bounce back from this loss.

EBRO signing out
It's good to hear from you, @electrobro. I agree with you about your post-game review. I saw some very dangerous tackles out there on the field. I hope that they can fix them before round 1 against the Scots boys again in Bellevue Hill.

Do you have any predictions for this week's upcoming game for the Scots boys against Shore? I haven't heard much about Shore 3s yet, but I would be interested to hear your insight if you've heard anything.

Can someone please enlighten me why the official AAGPS ladders for 1sts and 2nds are not working. Is anyone else finding this?
Whilst its being fixed you can access results and ladders via choosing News from the upper RHS corner menu then choosing Sports Update (any date will do) and click on "here"
