As I posted in another thread, it's much easier for a young player to lose their Australian tax residency versus someone a bit older, and being based in a tax free country seems to be one of the selling points of R360.

have been told 4 names from the last two Aus 20s sides which have been approached and signed the pre agreement.

speculation is one thing but from the agent himself is another.
Interesting. Makes me wonder about about how thin they are on players overall. They were fairly firm at the beginning that it was for established pros to start a comp at a good standard. They would then fill from sports like League. If they are in fact going after kids I think the hand of cards they hold isn't as strong as they'd like to make out.

Will never blame an athlete for getting the maximum return though. Sport is one of the only careers where outside noise put expectation on strangers to act in your personal supporters best interest.

Agents can rot though. Scummy humans who are just barnacles on others efforts.

As of now, it's too early to predict specific team lists for 2026. Team compositions will depend on player performances, injuries, retirements, and emerging talents over the next few years. National teams will also finalize their squads closer to the event, based on qualifiers and other competitions leading up to 2026. Keep an eye on player development and international tournaments for better predictions as the date approaches!

Predicted team lists for 2026? (Obviously very early)
Kings will have a few returning which makes equation easier
Front row Blomfield, Smith, Matthews
2nd Row Basten
Back row Durbridge, 7, maybe Kable but that’ll be two smalls on the side
9 either the 2s from this year or Makoto. Both need to add power to pass.
10. Probably Taylor but I’d love Risati.
centres Strong and Platis. Size but need to spend some time with Gav on speed work.
Outside backs Anwar is a lock, others? Not sure where Risati lands but the adage of getting the ball into the hands of your best player often applies. I’d prefer Taylor at 15.

Risati needs to be in the 10 or preferably 15. He could play in the Centres at this this level which can be effective with the amount of 1v1 situations that position get themselves.

I say preferably 15 because of the space a Fullback gets in comparison to 10s who are being chased by good backrowers. We saw so much good counterattack last year from Fullbacks.
