The #7 role typically has to push the boundaries of the Laws to do their job.

Has he borrowed Sir Richies jacket while he is off on sabbatical, or has CSIRO finally developed an Australian version of the Cloak of Invisibility?

Maybe he was busy making tackles than to go ball hunting and giving a way penalties? Stats can tell you a lot depends on the question asked

Interesting, no Dan Palmer. Demonstrates he can scrummage and that from a refs point of view, he's perceived as a good scrummager
