QLD GPS 2025

Does anybody know why prop Ben Sciacca didn't get picked in the NC first XV?
Not sure mate, absolute daylight robbery though. It was a dark day when Ben was unexplainably overlooked. How could such raw, unadulterated enthusiasm be ignored? Sure, his tackle technique resembled a collapsing stack of Jenga and his conditioning suggested a deep, personal relationship with the tuckshop.

How could they overlook a man whose brain cell count rivals a fucking blobfish…. anyways speaking of blobfish, Sciacca’s world renowned "blubba belly" generates its own gravitational pull, slowing down opposition players trying to get past him. The rugby world lost a true legend that day, a man whose sprint looks more like a startled sausage roll running in quicksand.

Hey Mate, Just thought Dessy should jump in here, Max Primus is a name on my selection list for the Titans in the 2026 NRL season. I will not stand for this hate, Quad stomp as he's been referred to me as, is second to none in the GPS for Barnstorming Centers. Doesn't matter who is put in front of this man monster he will eat them for breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. RT will be wishing he stayed in the forwards once he picks his head off his shoulders and looks up to see Max 'Quad Stomp' Primus running in his direction
Look mate, Max will give anything a crack, I know him, he's a tough bloke. No doubt he will 'try' and may well crunch some players. But against RT or Adam, it will be challenging for him.

yea couldnt agree with you more Dessy, i heard that Primus quad stomps are so strong they cause and earthquake, RT should keep one eye on him at all times weather hes in the forwards or the backs.
I also think he should should keep an eye out for the downlads menacing QLD rep second rower olly sharp, is he on your 2026 selection list?

Well said, Ben isn't just a tuckshop enthusiast, he is also the hardest ball runner that Nudgee has ever seen. Some say his scrumming even rivals the great Cameron Brown, but that's a story for another day. Although he may not be the smartest or most tactical footy player, he smashes everything he sees, even those in the blue and white alongside him.

Hey John, Yeah we are on the same terms here regarding Max Primus, id just like to reiterate another 'young gun' on my selection list, in QLD representative David Nunn. Nunn is refereed to by many, i am told as 'the captain who steers the ship'. He's worthy leadership and ability to manipulate the defense is just some of the reasons he couldn't not be left out of the QLD jersey. An in sighter source has Enlighted me that David's flashy hands and hard ball running will be way to much for a worst 10 like Cooper Brown. Grammar better have their wits about them when David steps foot onto the field

Rather then working on strengths he should work on weaknesses, like his shocking conversion kicks. Like TGS v DLC last year. Absolutely shocking.

Charles Dudley, a truly legendary figure in strength and conditioning and is instantly recognisable by his famously bald and shiny head and his players participating in the infamous 27 star contact drill. His impact at St Joseph's Nudgee College has been nothing short of transformative, particularly within their esteemed GPS Rugby program. During his rein, Nudgee has achieved remarkable success, including premierships in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and soon to be 2025, a testament to the physical and mental fortitude he instills in his athletes.

Renowned for his meticulous and holistic approach, Dudley's coaching extends beyond mere physical training, focusing on comprehensive athlete development. His profound influence has solidified his reputation as one of the most respected and effective strength and conditioning coaches in the QLD GPS scene, consistently preparing the Nudgee First XV for peak performance.

Rumour has it he also holds the record for the most AC Joints shattered over the course of the season.

Thank you greatly HB,

I pride myself in the wars I put these Nudgee soldiers through. Some may say I'm too qualified to coach a school boy team while holding a PHD and being one of the most infamous bald men in the world. I say, 'of course I am' but I do it for the love of the game. Now I can't take all the credit, Nudgee has had an influential rugby program for many decades before I arrived but I like to think that it wouldn't be the same almighty and ruling kingdom it is today without the coaching and the nurturing that I provide these strapping young MEN.

Now it is true that I tend to from time to time enjoy a slow and sensual yoga session in my backyard, I am quite the flexible human, my "holistic and meticulous approach" that you mention has its reasons. The pre-game massage circles that I have brought to Nudgee College Rugby has got to be the most influential factor of our famous 45th PREMIERSHIP (take notes State High).

Finally, last year may have been a record breaking year for AC injuries but it shows the pure amount of effort these boys put into their training. Clearly it didn't stop us, we don't raise quitters or softies like you other schools.......terrace...... To wrap up, I am forever grateful for my time at Nudgee and I am very confident the boys will take out yet another prem this year without my guidance week to week.

Hi all,

Just thought I would have my two cents worth. I've been watching BBC closely this preseason and I have to say they are looking for the goods. I've been informed by former strength and conditioning coach Oscar Wallace that there is a beast waiting to be unleashed over at Toowong. This beast being Oscar 'Chopper' Donovan. After packing on some size this preseason, I have to say the man is built like a brick shit house. However, I've been told by many credible sources that his arms are only half the size of his you know what (Kok). My only question is how can one man scrum with such a large johnson. My thoughts being it would get in the way and would make it quite hard for his second rowers to bind. Anyways Good luck to all teams competing this year but keep an eye on Oscar 'Chopper' Donovan.

As always,
Kokkinator

Lots of talk about 1sts footy. Do we have any up and coming teams to look out for in the younger age groups.
Heard the Gt 15s have got a big season ahead of them. New import Hugh 'Anger' Stanbury and Liam 'Mutt' Clancy look like there gonna have a big year.

Anyone else got any info on these GT studs?
