Centres will be curious.

No CFS apparently and this was the match Samu was meant to be rested.

It's all moot now anyway so let's through whomever out there. Wileman may get a start?

Yikes, we must be an injury or two away from getting the Colts called up! You'd have to play 12 man rugby with that team right?

In any event, wonder why Higgers is riding the pine again? I thought he's been our most consistent performing Forward this year? I recognise LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) has had a couple good innings, but surely you put him in at Blyth's spot?

Excited to see Wileman.

Why is Malolua on the bench? Concerns about Sorovi?

What is Liam like at 15s? Looks a gun 7s player...

None of these bother me too much other than Jordy.

At Leinster they said 'in BOD we trust' in reference to Brian O'Driscoll.

Jordan Petaia will be our BOD.

Korczyk in the row? Backs aren't the only place where the team list is stretched.

Reds by 1-12. In the past 9 matches (which is as far as I could be bothered going back) this fixture has gone to the visiting team 7 times (4 x Chiefs & 3 x Reds). The two home wins are 1 each. Over these 9 games it's 5 wins Chiefs and 4 wins Reds.

In my data set I already have my exceptions to the rule! It is a foregone conclusion. Reds will win, you can put all your franking credits on it! I know I will be!

I wonder if actually the Chiefs are the sort of team that Thorn is well positioned to take on. A win would be very pleasant!

I think Blythe earns a second gig. thought he went very well. need to work out which youngsters we keep quickly. i still don't think LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) is a 6. So Hockings Blythe Rodda and LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) can't all be on starting team salaries, need to work out is.

Be interested to see how much younger our forward pack would be if we had the U20s available. Like to think we'd see Wilson & McReight play at least.

I think LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) can be a very good six. If he gets a good run at it and grows into the role.

One thing I noticed last week vs the Tah's he seemed to be much quicker then he use to be, like his been working on his motor around the field.

Not throwing the likes of ASY (Angus Scott-Young) and Liam Wright on the scrap heap already, are you Shaker?

To me, Wright is only a small margin behind Hooper atm as a No 7. He doesn't have Hooper's experience nor his wider running game, but he is probably better over the ball and certainly better at playing a tighter game. Not much between them in defense.

Even if both were available right now, I can't see McReight or Wilson yet displacing either ASY (Angus Scott-Young) or Wright.
