I think some credit has to go to the Wallabies - in their best wins over the last year and even some of their losses they’ve shown a clear capacity to finish over the top of their opponents. Lions Test 2 the unfortunate exception.

How good was Bell off the bench. Looked like he was on a mission. All of the bench did well I thought but Bell & McDermott in particular really added to the performance.

Little side note, Hooper on commentary was a breath of fresh air. Really like him in combination Sean Maloney.

I enjoy Hooper when he on comments. We had Saffa commentary in NZ, they were good, and had Gregan with them. I enjoyed them.

Strangest thing I found in the game was BOK was actually reffing the game well. Called of sides didn't fuck about on that tackle where Pietsch broke his jaw and kept the game flowing.

At first I was thinking, not this bloke again.
He reffed well... And I was thinking that even when we were getting pumped first half.

It was interesting listening to what BOK was saying in the background on that incident. Seemed very much like the TMO wanted to have a look but was noncommittal, and BOK - sounding a bit annoyed tbh - just said “ok give me the facts… so no foul play?” and carried on. Very, very well managed.
