Super Rugby AU Round 6 Rebels v Brumbies, 7.05pm Leichhardt Oval, Friday 7th August

After a very shaky win over the Force, Rebels are not looking good for their 'home' clash against the Brumbies. Brumbies are favourites and deservedly.

I will continue enjoying being an honorary NSWelshman (apologies to my Vic brethren, solidarity) and waltz down to Leichhardt Oval and continue my tour of Sydney's stadiums.

Rebels in a upset,

This comp is due one,

Lets just say the Rebels are building extremely slowly to peak at the right end of the season.

I can see this turning into yet another Rebels dog fight. Brums obvious favs but I don’t think it will be by much. Brums by 3 in a low scoring match

It's meant to get pretty wet at the end of this week so both matches in Sydney could be strugglefests this weekend. That's a shame!

Rebs to pull one out of the bag for the folks back (curfewed in for the second half) at home. Second half rampage, Rebels by 20

Don't know if I'm ready for a game in the wet, with Rebels playing Jakeball-lite against the mauling specialists with Gardner in centre stage. This could get painful.

That would be about the best and most balanced side the Rebels could put on the field. Brumbies also with a strong side so should be another close and contested game.

No excuses for the rebels this week, that’s close to the best team they can put on the field atm. Prob English who is stuck in Melb is the only one I’d change from the fit players.

I rather Magnay over English. Would much rather DHP at the back and probably prefer Louwrens over Lomani but best team definitely we've got right now.

DHP a given, was more referring to available players.

Louwrens gone for the season
