All merges now with pre season kicking off today. Granted the guys in that have had a few weeks off. Wallabies boys will likely have until after Xmas off once they get back.

Not publicly and traditionally it's been specific to the nation the team is based in, though there is probably an overall limit for squad sizes.

It's also muddied by WTS/EPS players - 2 of the Brumbies players (Mickelson and Dillon) were named as WTS on their own post, but it's not clear if other teams are naming WTS guys or not, and how they fit into squad limits.
