Early tips for GF day next week:

Sutherland - Colleagues to avenge the SF loss over Waverley
Judd - Waverley unbackable favourites to beat Colleagues
Whiddon - tight one but calling it for Waverley over Colleagues
Barbour - Newport in a canter over Mosman
Burke - Hunters Hill over Waverley. Just.
Kentwell - hard to look past Hunters Hill going undefeated this season over Blue Mountains. That said, the goats haven't lost since R9 at Boronia, so it could be anything...
Lucky I didn’t follow your tips @Pfitzy colleagues a dominant force in both Judd and Whiddon today.

You win some, you loose more…

Two incredibly powerful teams out there today along with Waverley last week. Some high quality footy played all day.
With strong colts teams this year you’d have to think Hunters and Mosman higher grades get stronger next year.
I wonder if this is the end of the Mountains dynasty especially with the emergence of Penrith down the road

Luke McCormack will be loving winning Kentwell, $$$ well invested getting first grade players. Good job he’s front and centre of subbies. If only they can build an actual amateur club.
Out of curiosity at not knowing subbies what first graders were recruited?

Overall a pretty good mix of premiers. No clubs with more than 2 premierships* and only a few clubs with 2 (Colleagues, Waverley, UNSW & St Pat's).
*edit - Colleagues with 3 premierships including Halligan!

A perfect season in Kentwell is pretty incredible and whilst I was hoping for the upset need to give the lads from Hunters Hill their dues. Great season. You expect the odd undefeated season in the lower divisions or grades but to make it through a really tough Kentwell season with no loss is some effort.

Rep team also looks pretty strong. Not familiar with everyone named but if the large Blueys and Hunters contingent lead the team like they played on Saturday they'll be competitive. Hard to question the merit of selections when you don't know who nominated either but are there any players south of Div 2 (other than the Penrith fella) who could feel aggrieved?
