I always rated Kuenzle as a 10 too, his skillful enough and is big, which has worked against him in the 10 role. I recoken he'd been a 12 at the Brumbies now if he stayed. Probably pushing for the Wallabies too.

Would also open up 12 at the Force for Kuenzle, who could be a legitimate option there if he can get his body right

I don't want to get into the whirlpool of 10 chat but at the Force it makes less sense than the Wobs. Donaldson, Burey and Harford on the books. Stewart is likely too valuable in the Centres where they lack depth

Interesting listening to the KOKO show interview with Slipper. Definitely reads like he'd happily play this Spring Tour but because Joe wants to focus on RWC'27 they've agreed (or Slips has been told) it's time to retire.

Also that his least fun season was the 2023 RWC campaign. From the training, stress, results etc. etc. Said it was awful and didn't want to return to rugby after that campaign. Fuck it sounded miserable.

A colleague of mine whose partner was plugged into the elite system concurs with that assessment. There were no tears shed after Eddie's exit apparently.
