This is the only thing I would like to see World Rugby change in the game as it is today. A TMO sees there is a penalty and overrules the ref, done and continue with the game.

Video replays seem particularly useless for adjudicating forward passes. Relying on one in which you can't even see the player's hands is moronic.

How do the wallabies always end up with the worst refs. Not that it's favouring Fiji at all. It's just poor reffing slowing the game down.

And the Fijian half back is taking 10 seconds for box kicks. The ref is throwing his hands in the air like he is pissed off with it but doesn't blow the whistle.
