Wallabies v Japan 25 Oct

So, no AAA, Skelton, Hooper, Gleeson, Cale, McDermott, JOC (James O'Connor), Lolesio, Lynagh, Ikitau, Wright... with Tupou, McReight, Jorgensen and JAS rested... and Slipper and White retired...

I'm not at all concerned.

we haven't had Gleeson, Lolesio, Lynagh and Wright for much of this year, Cale wouldn't be in our best 23, we also don't know for sure that AAA is out yet

Plus we have Kellaway, Pietsch and possible Faessler and Gordon returning

Yeah, it's just a list of the injured players who would be in consideration...

But overall it's still a concerning amount of quality players unavailable.

And the inexperienced combinations within the inside backs could be a problem.

Not having what was our first and then second, and now third choice flyhalves for most of the season hasn't worked out great...

Fraser is in Japan or Carlo getting the knod over Fraser which I think is probably a good thing.

It depends on who they roll with. Hunter, Duangunu and Flook have all played plenty of footy together. Pietch, Potter and Toole have been in the Wallaby set up for a while now and Kellaway is very experienced. Agree it's far from our best backline but it should get the job done pretty comfortably. These backs coming in should be fairly hungry and desperate to impress. Plenty of motivation.

This is not how things have been done for the past decade.

I agree they should. Believe it when I see it these days.
