Western Force 2026

The way Charlie has been playing and the sides he's involved with I'd say he's likely on a more traditional contract.
Did we ever see Tonga play for U19s?

This kid has a bit of Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow about him with the way he glides around the park. Heck of a boot on him too. Great signing for RA and Force.
That's a very good comparison. Lucky those RL kids can't read or he'll be poached.

Tonga seems like he's been injured for what seems like forever with a few 7s tournaments sprinkled in.

Didn't realise the height. He looked much heavier than that though.

Issue with those measurements is if he could play 6 he would be there already but probably has Lock speed without a Lock rig.

Naming these guys doesn't take away that it feels like a strange guy to release from the Force unless there is someone due to be announced.

Also have to take into account the chance he could have requested a release.

Barrett-Esque is up there with Campbell and Lockyer comparisons but the love is nice I'm sure. Is Poolman the biggest winner from Super Rugby Aus? Seemed on the way out before it. Wait, I think Harvey gets that. Colts prem 2024, Aus 7s Aus 20s 2025 into Super Rugby Aus and Aus A squad.

I'd guess a big part was the incentive to come home like O'Donnell 12 months earlier and the Tahs probably didn't have to spend much to add some depth.

Ropata showed good signs during Super Rugby Aus and would be ahead of Poolman in my mind but you grab it if offered.

Centres of Kuenzle, Stewart, Palu and Beale at a stretch at 12? Fakafanua next guy up.

Would love to see a guy like Perese pop up but on contract until the end of 26 at Leicester. Foketi would have been the other guy available a couple months ago.

Wild comparison. Sure, same height and weight but I haven't seen anything that would show he's like Jordie.
Also does this show he still wants JAS to play fullback? Because O'Donnell and JAS would be my go.
