Just wanted to ask the forums thoughts on what it takes to be a world class coach?

Watching the Brumbies this year has been fascinating. Lots of no names playing some fantastic rugby and punching well above their weight. How does this happen?
Listen to Jake White on the rugby club on Thursday I was struck by how by the calm, positive and simple way he was speaking. Is this key? I've always been confused as to how over the top and complex Deans talks.

Thoughts?

Hoping for some cool rugby nerd discussion here..

Good HR skills
Respect of players and staff
Administration that supports your vision.
Ability to alter tactics as the game evolves.

So many have had some of these attributes but not the whole package. The standouts for having all these in the last couple of years are Link and Jake White. I would say Mark Hammett and Todd Blackadder have it also. Gatland in the North seems to have it. There are also more.
