Well yes. He already has the size that the Brumbies hookers never will.
And being proven in the test arena. Let’s hope that EJ (Eddie Jones) can extract what we have all seen at times in him on a more consistent basis. Not John Ulugia...
Ah yes hookers must be massive apparently. That Dane Coles chap is never gonna make it then...Well yes. He already has the size that the Brumbies hookers never will have.

Proven? He's the reserve hooker for a team that didn't even make the QF's of super RugbyAnd being proven in the test arena. Let’s hope that EJ (Eddie Jones) (Eddie Jones) can extract what we have all seen at times in him on a more consistent basis.
You Brumbies folk have short memories. It will be what it will be. I’m shocked he was picked but obviously Jones sees something.I hope so too, but six years is a long time since that one game off the bench...
How old are you Tom? He has been around a while.Proven? He's the reserve hooker for a team that didn't even make the QF's of super Rugby

I'd take the best rugby playersHonestly when it comes to test rugby you want the biggest, fastest and strongest specimens when it comes to picking the players of similar skillset

Hooker is a position that Jones knows a lot about and he is looking for something particular. Faessler may well be the one. He has the size, a good throw and is excellent around the paddock.
In the last few rounds, the commentators referenced a few times that the Reds' lineout was the most successful in Super this season (and by some margin, if I recall correctly). I don't think it's a stretch to say that Faessler was mostly responsible for that.Faesller is most improved out of the hookers this season IMO, and was one of the consistent line-out throwers based on what I watched. But I’d like to see some stats on that.
