I don't hate the Wallabies. This team is a disgrace for the Wallabies history. Fighting until the very end to beat an amateur Portuguese side, they earned the right to be called the worst Wallabies team in RWC history
They are not an amateur team, and they Drew with Georgia and ran Wales tough

Your points been done to death we all know that... constantly just banging on about it don't change that..

They won by 20 points it wasn't close never looked like losing, despite what you might say.. was it convincing no.

I can now forget rugby till next year, hopefully the bleating will stop before then so we can enjoy some rugby again.

But my guessing it's going to months of just vile bullshit spewed for months.

That was so bad. Everything about it just awful; special mentions to Australia's performance, Amashukeli, Neville.

No point in a rant and rave, but World Rugby should be really really worried that just happened at a World Cup.

Wallabies got the win but Jesus they played some basic uninspired rugby.

Pretty much every wallaby try came from rucks,
Forward play … bad look they could get one try from a line break/ backline play ..(I could be wrong I was falling alseep)

The Portuguese actually made more line breaks, looked more threatening in the backs (crazy I know) , they probably would have won if they had a little more composure and finishing. . But theyre punching above their weight massively…so they get the moral victory imo .

Kerevi is so far from his pre injury best it’s wild.
I can’t imagine Japan is helping him either.
Wonder if he’s that bad now or is it the game plan?
Kerevi has been poor but most the team has.. new team, key injuries... anf selecting such a young team blow up.. massive risk didn't work out.

All we can do is forget the world cup and move on asap ..

Ya I must say the talk of making this a 24 team comp is pretty bizarre to me
4 teams worse than what’s on offer?
Relative to their individual talent Portugal played a lot better than Australia, they weren't the problem with this match

24 teams makes sense because the added four aren't really any worse (in this case with Spain and arguably USA/Russia, better) than like 17th-20th.

Means you can do 6 groups of 4, have at least a game every day and an extra knockout stage replacing a group game which is more interesting.

I wasn’t referencing Portugal but Romania and Chile and Namibia games have been more.
if you have more teams in the pools how does a knockout game replace a pool game?

many ways. I don’t think the answer is more teams. I feel like a lot of drama from this World Cup has been lost post first week (Australia woes aside)
