A more balanced selection, I believe, for NSW Schools based on performance during the two day carnival.

What's the number make up of this side re: associations - CHS, ISA, CAS, GPS, CCC etc?

Yes, your're right about Jordan Lotoaniu over Hosea Fotokuva (good call, and not sure how I missed him), but I'm not sure about Jono Burke. What other hookers are there to choose from for the Sydney and NSW teams / squads?
Sam Cater, Hosea Fotukava, Tonga Tangitau..
Burkie is up for it. Quit NSW Country to go schools

I think Preso's a's 5/8 Jack Clancy had a great game!

Vevers is CAS

Is that the same GPS team that got no ball against the ISA team and just scraped home to win 2 tries to 1 because of a very slick backline

Imagine what a properly selected Qld team would do to them.
How about NSW Country, City and Schools. Since Country covers the rural state - how can Sydney and Schools be classified as NSW? Just a thought, is that why they have the trials to be named NSW Schools? How about Sydney private schools....

When the Schools and Sydney sit down and negotiate players.should be this week sometime

I had heard that the meeting was on 3 July - given that nearly everybody who is anybody is at the schools champs at riverview, that would be plausible - so guessing late tomorrow or Thursday morning.

Sideline Eye. I must have been at a different Knox College.

GPS 1 (Pres A) underperformed although to be fair they missed a couple of players from GPS 3 opens.
In the 16's GPS 2 took it to GPS 1 for a large part of that game and unsettled the 1's for large parts of the game.
ISA and CCC made CAS look ordinary.
CCC should have beaten GPS2.

ISA seemed to have some good combinations particularly some fast slick backs. Someone said that they were Kinross boys. Would they be likely to show up in the NSW Country Juniors team if not wanted by Schools?

The sole ISA representative you have nominated is from ISA Opens (St Augies). Don't think he is U16's?

Bottom line. I do not think the selectors (however biased they will be claimed to be) will see the cattle the same way you have, although it all revolves around the back room deals that will be done by the SJRU and Schools Powerbrokers.

He is Under 16, although played in the under 18's missing the teams with a spot in the all schools Under 16's.
