Hurricanes will be playing at 5:30pm. Are there TVs in that upstairs ara?

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ YTF would you schedule the SF's back to back? Surely 7:30 (AEST) Friday & 5:30 Saturday are the best slots?
I guess Saturday night is probably better for the TV audience and if there was a Friday game it would disadvantage the team coming from South Africa having a shorter turnaround.
It really only affects the people attending the two games and even then you should still be able to see a fair bit of it.
They'll have an area at the SFS showing the 5:30 game and selling beer and food etc. so arguably it is also good for the host team's gameday event as well.

If I'm a Tahs supporter I would prefer Stormers over Landers by far. The Kiwis Battle between Canes and Landers will be beneficial for a final hypothetical, many injured on both sides.
Stormers will have a looooooong journey after a hard game. I think the Tahs has a HUGE chance if this happens.

What type of crowd should the Tahs gets next week in Sydney for a semi? Over 30,000?
Shame for the competition it isn't a Hurricanes V Highlanders semi, that would have been immense in Wellington.

Well here we all are, get excited fans of Australian Rugby. It might be a mammoth task. It still probably won't happen. But if the ponies burn the hurricanes birthday party cake tin (get it?), and the Waratahs put away those smelly Highlanders, we will have our first ever all Australian final in 20 years of Super Rugby.
First, people said the Reds wouldn't win the premiership. The Reds came, saw and conquered everyone bar the Brumbies and Hurricanes. They beat the Blues and Crusaders in successive weeks to win the grand final. It was all quiet on the Tasman front.
Then, people said the 'Tahs wouldn't win the title. "Their set piece is garbage" "They won't even get the ball". And the 'Tahs came through, courtesy of Sir Adam Ashley-Cooper and a last minute penalty from the Iceman.
And so haters, this one's for you: Brumbies to spoil the 'Canes party 34 - 16 and the Waratahs to beat those Scottish-student-mutants from Dunedin 38 - 28.
The following Saturday at 8pm, 80,000 fans to descend upon Homebush. League media to flee the country during the week as the great purge begins.

As for back to back games, I have a funny feeling that home teams dictate the night, or perhaps it just top qualifier in case of games clashing, as I read last week Canes had chosen in a Saturday game as No 1 qualifier. Mind you I may of misread it too!!

Offensive rucks need to be accurate and clinical. When we kick it out, put it into row 3 of the crowd. If our loose forwards and backs can get over the gain line, we might just get up. Our execution has to be spot on, and our defensive line needs to look like 15 Nathan Greys looking to smash some blokes.
