Just out of interest, why would 3x6 be bad for NZ?

The NZ sides will cannabalise themselves while the better Australian and South African sides will get to rack up points against the Kings, Rebels, Sunwolves etc.....

Well p.tah, it would probably mean NZ teams playing each other 2 times every season, and I know you probably don't see as many of them as I do, but most a almost the intensity of test matches, and that many test matches a year will do too much damage to players! And that is basically what players say.

So you look forward to the SA and Aus games in order for the players to take it easier?

Weirdest reason I have ever heard in support of Super.

No dru I don't look forward to it, but i think you will find the players do. Or have you not heard even the Aus players say how relieved they are when they get to play other Aus reams instead of NZ ones? Even on here a lot of posters have said they want an Aus conference so Aus teams will have easier games and win more.

Well, there was some reasoning of sorts in the post, and everyone has to start posting sometime. Put it this way, we get lots of trolls, and this was not nearly as obvious as most. By all means, disagree with the poster. I do.

Cylco, if you cant see that I have been trying to drive toward zuzamemkeit, I dont know how to spell it out. Clearly "troll" comes with alarm bells.

I'm out of this thread. By all means let the civil war continue. I wont have further part in it.

I'm an intelligent person, but after reading your post several times, I still have no idea what you're trying to say. o_O

Iv heard it all now... Why not just let the nz sides play subbies because they will Def make the finals. Or maybe just give them the season off and let the other teams fight it out in order to play the nz sides. We are all just play thing for nz.

The worst thing that happened in world rugby is when NZ won the world cup in 2011, now you can't cut 'em down to size when they talk about how great they are.

Has anyone actually said this? Let alone "lots of posters".

People have given a variety of reasons for an Australian conference, I stand to be corrected but I don't recall this coming up at all. (I may have missed some posts)

I thought the reason that NZ teams wanted to play SA teams was to get more hard matches???

We'll just give them the cup and the start of the season and go straight to the pub. No one actually wants to play right?

If there isn't enough talent to go round how come the smallest province keeps beating the 2 largest with players the Reds and Tahs can't identify?
The players aren't the problem.

I'm not sure beating the Reds and Tahs currently is a great yardstick!
