Have you forgotten 2007 so quickly? Knuckles for coach? Disaster at the RWC? It has been more or less downhill ever since. A few little ups, lots of steep downs.

its annoying that he is making himself out to be a martyr without truly acknowledging the poor state that the game is in and accepting responsibility for allowing it to get to that point.

If they came out and actually accepted responsibility, and fronted a room and told the public and members that they admit there were mistakes, then i would have faith that they would take steps to fix the errors of their ways. But, persisting with this rhetoric that they haven't done anything wrong, reinforces to me that they aren't the right people for the job.

You can't fix something if you can't first admit that its broken.

^^^^ in fairness JON MKI was the architect, Flowers the builder and JON MKII the highly priced consultant who came in inflated the share price, emptied the bank accounts and pissed off the leave old Billy with a shit sandwich dressed up. His problem is he has never told the truth about it and continued with the original plans instead of being truthful and said the only outcome from this path is bankruptcy. SO whilst he has a lot of culpability, he does get to share it around, including with every single individual who has sat on the board.

As they see it we are a necessary evil.
As we see it they are an unnecessary evil.
They need to take us into their confidence and tell us how they plan to fix this mess we are in. In some detail.
