BREAKING NEWS out of Villanova, training this morning took a turn for the worst when Thomas Cronin's (1st XV 2014) hip flexor went from underneath him. Who says lightning doesn't strike twice. The view now turns towards who's going to fill his boots. (Certainly out for the season)

BREAKING NEWS out of the whole AIC comp, everyone knows Villanova was always going to come last with or without Thomas Cronin.

Loving the smack talking but round 7 at villa park will be where it will all be settled.
Villanova 1st XV line up will be the fastest in AIC along with some absolutle raw power and skill.
People may say villa 16's where crap but they were missing key players in key positions due to injury or playing 1st XV footy
The likes of
Adam rankin the kid is huge, working hard in the off session. Will be putting dickie on his ass all day long
Ethan Henderson is an absoulte monster, playing 1st xv first in 2014 helped his game and will be a key forward next year.
Thomas Cronin his dancing feet and blistering pace will be carving up the outside backs from other teams all session long.
Max baker the kids a freak of nature and will be teaching matt luck a thing or two about playing half back.
Villa will also have players from the 15's in 2014 stepping up and playing most likely Sam Lacey. This bloke is coming for Kyle cook and will be putting him in a hospital bed by half time when he comes flying of the scrum
Finally Damos mulchay is set to show will Feeney what playing full back is all about and probably steam rolling his way to the line after putting on serious mass in off season

Is this gonna be the game for the wooden spoon? Like honestly. Iona wasnt to flash last year they may be abit better this year but villa....shesh you are as bad as each other

Iona forward pack is set to be one of low intensity as they will have the likes of Nic Mcbride, this man has made his run to the top making from an injured 16B player to a star following his dads name. Angelo Pepe the most overrated forward of the lot, his scrunchy curly hair could do more damage than his gentle giant body.

i hope their backline will be able to inflict some sort of damage to save this under-skilled disgrace of a forward pack

Lauries Key Player Review:

That ranga kid: after a terrible first year with the firsts (highlight: trying to fight cam torpy and recieving bulk likes on insta photo) he is out to redeem himself. His next target Torpy's Bruss Successor - Damon Mulcahy

Benny Bae Boi Croft: after being snatched up by a female in the off season he will surely perform seeing as his one and only will be supporting him from the sideline forever making him smile

Tom Carnavavavavas: Spotlight has hit this talented fullback after his viscious 'bump' in their latest trial and his recent invite by the infamous Dom Dahlenburg's formal, another boy who is more interested in chix than footy

Willy 'd' Dwyer: This farm boy has been pushing cattle and dragging hay all off season and has packed on some size, a deadly weapon and a contender for not only AIC 1's open side spot but also the spot in his brittany's heart.

Today Padua have found out that fly half lawson Creighton will be leaving Padua at the end of the term. Lawson has decided to go down to the AIS to follow his dream of playing in the NRL. Lawson will be attending a new school down there which is undecided . When lawson is down there he will be looking to sign a contract with the under 20s sharks team. This is a massive lost for Padua rugby this year. Does this make Marist or eddies premierships favourites now ? And who will play 10 now ? Penalty needs to be answered by Padua in the next coming weeks.

I'd be surprised if lauries win 3 games this year in firsts...

Words in SPC Defeated ASH in a trial yesterday 3 tries to 2. Wasn't there myself although just going off majority of people that were there.Any confirmation?

A question for any old boys from Padua on here: When did the college join the old TAS (the competition prior to the formation of the AIC in 99)?

Possibly most on here will be too young to remember back that far but it must have been somewhere between 85 to 95.
