Unless it's Naisarani or someone like that.
Well played.
Unless it's Naisarani or someone like that.
And guessed this one! Back row is pretty formidable now.And Tizzano...
Welcome home Carlo Tizzano
The Western Force bolsters its back-row stocks by signing homegrown talent Carlo Tizzano on a two-year deal.westernforce.rugby
Why is this? Just curious. These are both great signings. Naisarani was on the path to being a ironed on wallaby at one stage before his form took a bit of a dip and Tizzano at one point looked like he might be a future Hooper 2.0. He was developing well through the NRC, but I'm not sure the Waratah's was a good culture fit for him (as has been discussed elsewhere) and he landed there probably around their lowest point as a club. Hopefully both perform well.
@farva I guess after all our back and forward around the squad, caps and players the Rugby gods listened and you secured yourself an ex-Wallaby which your club helped develop
Cleared by the independent match doctor apparently. Pick and drive did an interview podcast with Cron and he sounded pretty filthy with himself for not realising Strachan was struggling after he went back on. Sure seems like a pretty egregious failure of the systems on both ends though. Two points:
- " Strachan passed the HIA and returned to the field, but was subbed out at half-time after his condition deteriorated. The concussion is so bad that Strachan is set to miss a minimum of four weeks." That's diabolical. Who cleared him? I hope Rugby Australia act in him.
- "did they miss it, or did they choose to miss it?" that type of emotional statement might fly directly after the game, but a few days down the track its just ridiculous and Cron should be reprimanded.
I agree Cron could have chosen better words but you need to remember this is not an isolated incident and probably the final straw for him. We have had 2 players given red cards in game which were then subsequently ruled to only be yellow card offenses. Two points:

When you are a team that is already battling these things make a big difference
