That is interesting. Macquarie hosted last year. Maybe they didn’t want it this year.


Perhaps. But I would have thought that Sydney Uni would have jumped at the chance to host an event. Anyway, a step in the right direction. Ideally in time all of the participating Uni's will either host or co-host a round.

Good to see more teams joining it, hopefully they promote it a lot more this year - post Comm Games there is a lot of interest from girls in 7s so RA need to build on this and make the Aon Uni 7s a key event for getting young 7s players (and prospective players) and their families along.

Absolutely. We need to get this competition out there and seen to let everyone know we have this awesome competition for girls/women and really look to grow the bloody thing. Look to get it to 12 Uni's with 8 - 10 rounds.
