Bit sad we can't even muster interest for individual test match threads for a World Cup. Meanwhile, the GAGR punters are all in for Queensland Rising vs Tasmania Country.....

Wiry Russki fullback is a brave comrade.

Fuck Samoa. Hope they lose, the fat show ponys. They should be down to 13 by now if it wasnt for dipshit Inspector Clouseau letting them off the hook for two straight reds

The Reds need a fullback, why not recruit one of the Reds!

Have we seen a 50+ score yet? The gap seems to be closing between teams. Past World Cups they almost needed to implement winner’s kick so that the bottom tier nations could get their hands on the ball, now they string together quality 10 minute periods.

Gap might be closing but every match has been to script thus far.

Hell, even Argentina v France was nearly dead even and that was identified as the closest match of the round.

Yeah the tournament needs an upset to really spark before the quarter finals. Hopefully Fiji, Japan, USA or Samoa play a match of their lives. Or England lose to Argentina, or Canada beat Italy. There's 40 pool matches, they surely won't all be won by the favourite!
