For wamberal's benefit (and any others who are 'offended'), my comment was directed at the two "Staff/Monitors" on duty at the time of my post.

Off topic but if you watch the 'top five' clips from Foxsports on youtube you'll notice Sean Maloney referring to his colleagues as 'men' rather than the ubiquitous 'boys'. Makes sense when you think about it, despite it jarring the ears for its difference.
