Going to put my 2 cents in here...

Nudgee are the obvious favourites for this upcoming season, Tory Bath repeating with Robert Toia coming back even better after a hard pre season with the Roosters. If they don't win this season I will be in absolute shock. Also have Liam Le Blanc who will be all over the Television in a few years if he keeps up his improvement from 2021. As well as new Student Prestyn (unsure of last name) who may be young, but is built and quick for his younger age.

Will Balke and Terrace must come in Second with a full healthy lineup from what we saw from No.8 PJ Sua last year, but unfortunately, this team isn't injury free as PJ will miss this entire season. Tough to see. Hopefully GT don't fold and move Balke from 12 to 10 this season as in his Norths Club team his preferred position was 10. Also, rumours have it Sam Dickie from Padua has moved to the GT and has been there since Grade 11 however, has heavily dealt with injures. His usual position is 9 but with his speed and quickness as a running 9, (along with GT's overload of star halfs) he will probably be on as either a 11/14.

Overall, not too much information about other schools as dont have much relationships with Staff or Coaching teams at other schools,

Should be a good day at TSS this weekend with the First Squads getting a hit out.

Is there a list somewhere of all the coaches at each outfit?

Games between IGS, BGS and Churchie have been moved to Brassall on saturday, The rain has ruined some of the fields at TSS and they can't accomodate all the games being played there. Games between Nudgee, TSS and Toowoomba may still be happening there, the other games between BSHS, BBC and Terrace could potentially be called off

Word out of the cross country champs this week is that BBC & GT have quite a few key position players injured. Real shortage of props in both schools and will be trialling uncontested and both will be predominantly made up of 16 year olds in the hope of re-building for next year. I agree with you TLL Nudgee to go through undefeated this year however I have Churchie second. TSS, IGS, TGS and BSHS will be competitive and the rest will be making up the numbers this year.

Didn't GT have a bunch of 16 yo in their 1sts team last year? Their 16A team went the season with uncontested scrums because apparently their front rowers were playing in 1sts. I would assume those boys from last season would be playing this season, unless they are now injured too?

NC Rugby trials v Churchie/BSHS this Saturday 28 May
Nudge 1st Xv v Churchie 1st xv. Nudgee missing Toia with Bath and Le Blanc off bench ( both just selected in Qld Under 18 schools RL team)
Nudgee 2nd xv V State high 1st xv great chance for the Nudgee boys to prove quality of depth and proof of individuals 1st xv capability.
Pity both games on at 11 am but at least played on fields side by side. Some good players across both Nudgee teams. Great way to spend a Saturday morning watching quality schoolboy rugby. Hope the weather is perfect.
