This level of sensitivity is not good. This a great test for the young guy but he appears to be putting it all together and being big and fast it could be an interesting clash if he is against Mack Hansen.

Did you say the lineouts were your stats? Lineout stats (both published by ESPN and even displayed live during games) only really show which team ended up in posession, with no indicator of quality of ball etc (e.g a slapdown that the halfback dives on counts the same as clean ball won at 6 and delivered off the top to the 9). With that said I still can't believe that Folau has been as accurate as Porecki, do you have a link if they were from online?

If you're right than it must be a perception thing driven by Folau missing key throws on attack. I also disagree that the lift/call was clearly at fault with a couple of his recent misses, there were a couple of big overthrows on the weekend (one may have been Lonergan).

So, as I understand it then, a descriptive word or phrase (evil mind) was transferred to an object (Dan Mackellar) to be analogous to what? Are you suggesting Mackellar is or is analogous to the devil (or Hitler, or Trump etc - select any example of literally an evil mind)? I am confused.

Banks has been sent home.. Im guessing Campbell's injured still and Kellaway's going to be 15.

I’m a nerd coach who codes games out if interest and for my own coaching manual. ESPN breaks down individual stats to lineouts won. I go through the match and watch the lineouts to see where we win how we win and if we lose it why.
I apologise but I wasn’t blaming the jumper/lifter. More commenting that it is a 3 part process and if one part is out it is all out. Timings of the trigger lift jump and throw need to be perfect. Especially at this level when it is a throw catch in most instances from halfway and back in the lineout. The overthrow on the weekend came from timing. Hanigan was up and down before the ball was there. From the vision it’s hard to tell who has missed the trigger. Could be the jumper and lifter going early or the thrower being late. We don’t know the trigger so can’t apportion blame fairly.

Not too many surprises in the starting 15 but really disappointing to see Gordon on the bench after his stupid yellow last week (I thought we were dropping people for poor discipline)

Big impact from the bench with Tupou and Skelton, hopefully Noah gets some actual time given he will be starting next week.

Would have liked to see Hodge over Petaia
