Wallabies 2023

Any news about this?

He's only 27, he brings physicality and has played the code all his life in NZ. A prodigy poached by the NRL.

He's gonna be 29 for 2025 British Lions tour and 31 for the 2027 RWC, a perfect age for a second row

Helps a ton in our favour. Anything the other team is getting away with at the rucks he can let the ref know
- could backfire like Stephen Moore and Nigel Owens.
To be honest I thought that whole thing reflected very badly on Nigel Owens. He just seemed to detest Moore and, to me, Moore never appeared disrespectful or over the top. I can remember at one stage where Kieran Read was practically egging Owens on.

I always found the criticism of Moore harsh as I thought Owens was highly unprofessional.

There’s an article about Payne Haas too.

I’m guessing every player agent has been rubbing their hands together since Jones was appointed.

But Nelson is different, he played the game all his school's career

Why is he depicted in a Wallaby jersey when he has never played for them?
Disrespectful to all past and present Wallabies is it not?

I remember that well. Nigel likes doing his World Rugby refereeing decision videos currently - maybe he can do a retrospective analysis on some of his bullshit AB fawning over the years.

Something popping up this morning on my social media algorithm about Hamish McLennan & Sua'ali'i caught having a secret meeting.

I really don’t want to give rugby league algorithm the traffic, does anyone know what this is about? Is Joseph coming a year early perhaps?

Theyre both avid stoic philosophy students but they disagree ardently on the most influential voices of the subject.

McLennan subscribes more to the Seneca school of thought given his more accessible prose but Sua'ali'i finds him to be too sloganistic and so prefers the more introspective Aurelius. After all Aurelius didn't even intend to publish his meditations so you can understand why he finds it more trustworthy.

Are you sure its Sualli and not Haas?

Lots of articles in last 24hrs about Hamish meeting with Haas a few times to discuss deals.

Technically, 30% of Australian residents didn't born in Australia. He's like Quade Cooper, Samu Kerevi, Marika Koroibete and the list is longer
Quade and Kerevi grew up here. Nelson is a proud kiwi grew up their and loves representing them in league

The "secret meeting" was the two of them getting a coffee at a Sydney cafe.
