Non-contracted Boks receive fees per match while contracted Boks have a different package.

The bloke is obviously covered in vasoline to get "off" again.
The second poster must be a senior bloke. ARU wasnted / needed to end it now so circled the wagons and the leniency of the penalty to Sir Kurtley reflects that to me.
Time to bury the bodies, at least for a while until Sir Kurtley transgresses once agin.
Question now is: Does Sir Kurtley fly to London ?

Quade should feel hard done by, he was fined $50K and given a 3 match ban (though the ban and $20K of the fine were suspended) for his 'toxic' remarks. Plus an extra $10K fine for criticising a video game! Kurtley gets away with just a fine for what would seem to be a more serious offence.

Just to try and make myself clearer. Telephone messages can be manipulated so that the software will show that it has been sent from another phone rather than the phone that did send it.
I would think that forensic analysis would allow the identity of the real sender and when it was sent to be identified. Unfortunately it seems that posters still here just saw the name Rebecca Wilson and started spewing forth on her character and journalistic integrity rather than reading the article. Bill Pulver is apparently desperately keen to get hold of the second phone.
It is quite possible that the phone might disclose multiple breaches of the Code of Conduct and it is unlikely Bill will ever see it again. I think that apart from this thread and other outlets used by sundry Beale haters that this will be the last basically heard on the subject.
Instead of mindlessly speculating about utopian workplaces which are brilliantly managed by experienced highly qualified managers of the highest integrity please apply your minds to what has been reported by two major news organisations, what are the agreed facts, and the outcome of the Tribunal.
I dare say the $45000 fine is over the top for what they did find Beale guilty of but it should be noted that the Tribunal may take into account the previous conduct of the player in setting the punishment. It would appear to me that they have.
