Well it was obviously a better effort. The fundamental issues still remain.

Set piece - constantly under pressure and turning over ball. Can't keep giving away easy possession.
Defence - just bad.
Handling - better but not good enough.
Kicking - better, Cooper at least found the ground regularly but still bad all round.
Forwards - just keep getting outclassed.
Coaching - effort isn't going to win many against the top 5 sides in the world.

Positives:

Cooper played well.
We have a genuine long range kicker.

Negatives:

Kerevi didn't do anythng that Kurindrani hasn't been doing and isn't as good in defence.
AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) needs to go.
DHP's defence
At least Kerevi can catch

Well the Wallabies confirmed tonight that last week wasnt an aberration, they are simply not in the same class as the AB's and the changes were just shuffling the deckchairs.

Hopefully it has reset expectations and people realise that we are not going to beat the ABs anytime soon except by miracle.

Focus have to come on the development of the game from the bottom up and we will have to accept a rebuilding process that will take years.

Wallabies should now focus on trying to win at least one game in the RC this year, not that it will be an easy goal to attain.

Positives:
- scored more points then last week
- conceded less points than last week
- Quade
Negatives:
- Lineout
- forwards
- Attack
- Defence
- Squeak
- Everything else
For fucks sake its like this team doesn't give a shit anymore. I HATE seeing the All Blacks win again and again because we are fucking shit. Rugby is like Formula 1 ATM - 1 team constantly winning. It pisses me off. Sack Cheiks, Grey, Bernie, fuck it sack everyone. Poite made Bronwyn Bishop look like a bipartisan speaker. I am sick and tired of being given the proverbial rodgering by the ABs. They need to HATE the ABs to beat them. Smash the living daylights out of them. Sack Phil Kearns as well. Send him to the dam of Phil Kearns tears for permanent employment there. It pisses me off. There is no fucking good thing about Australian rugby anymore.

I actually am worried about the future because if the next crop of wallabies almost never see us beat the ABs they will be mentally beaten and won't win

I feel like the penalties inside the 22 should be sorted, wallabies kept their discipline for so long and the abs just infringed every time we got there.

Obviously the abs are the superior team but they have no reason not to infringe if they have so much territory.

Should be something like third ruck penalty inside the 22 is a yellow.

Again well played and dominant from the abs. But when you don't get penalties in a row it shouldn't matter.

The New Zealanders tactical fouling ability is almost as skillful as their rugby. Foul within seconds of the ball entering their 22, every time. Not seen them cop a yellow card for consistent fouls in a long-time.

Is Dane Coles the worst person since hitler?

Starting the year with 5 lost tests in a row. When's the last time that happened I wonder?

We did play better, we didn't drop the ball nearly as much, we weren't quite as woeful in defence. But if I had to use a single word to describe the Wallabies' style of play under Cheika it would be 'stupid.' Stupid tactics, stupid discipline issues, just generally stupid play. Kicks not finding touch, kicks out on the full from outside the 22, backchatting the ref, just stupid.

Can't even pick a MOTM for the Wallabies. Genia and Cooper had good games, Hodge okay except for a couple of misses in defence, Folau his usual self. Interested to hear everyone else's thoughts on that.

Cooper and Folau were the best. With Cooper, Folau and Beale our backline would be electric

DHP's defence
Foley's kicking out of hand still weak. Not long enough and all too often not out.
Aren't you Kerevi's advocate?? And you want him at 12 mind you. I agree though, he's not up to it. I don't know what AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) did in his short stint that says he 'has to go' aside from getting the silver in a 1 on 1 high ball but hey at least he contested it. It sounds like he's going back to France anyway and I reckon Hodge earnt the starting guernsey.

DHPs defence was better than last week but yes still not good enough.

thought this during the game. We should just infringe every time they get into our 22 and give away the 3 points. Better then the 7 points and 5 mins of defence.

But they're there so often it would result in a yellow. We're there four or five times a game so they can do it with impunity. Not blaming the kiwis, but the refs should clean it up.
