with your predictions Independent how many teams have you got playing in this Year's Prelim. final ? Lots of people keep talking up City still - can we wait until they have played at least 4 Rounds to see if they are BACK- they have Leeton, Aggies and Tumut in their next 3 matches. I agree also...

Whether its a stronger or weaker Comp there is less travel for all clubs with the departure of Young, Coota & Temora which is a big plus and also we don't have to have a Split Competition - I see the 2016 Competition as a win , win for all the Clubs and the players

Thanks for that - I really hope things work out well for the Yabbies this year- They deserve a bit of success after making the brave call to join the Monaro Comp

Thanks for that - just had a look An away trip to Cooma is interesting because its no different from Young to Albury which the Yabbies always seemed to struggle with. At least we'll get a guide to how strong the 3rd & 4th Grade Comps are in Canberra as I presume taht is who the Yabbies 1st &...

too late for amalgamation between the Uni clubs for 2016 but changes for the Uni Clubs are obviously looming No Leaper, Garrett, Dunstan, Hobbs x 2, connell at Aggies this year means a lot of work will need to be done by the coaches at Aggies to get them competitive I wonder if Sterling Ross is...

Temora don't have to travel to Coolah - The Tuskers will have to travel to Condo, Coota, Wyalong, Grenfell, Canowindra, Orange & Blayney next year Coolah are in the Northern one Grade Comp in C/West

Looks a pretty compact and neat Draw to me The more I think about it maybe the departure of Coota, Temora & Young is a blessing for the Comp- less travel & more competitive matches and a full 14 Round Draw available to the clubs at the start of the saeson. 3rd Grade will work it self out & I'm...

It's the glass half empty or full syndrome for Coota - they had about 22 or 23 regular layers this year but weren't prepared to work hard & get some new recruits and have 2 Grades - so what do they do ? take the easy option "glass half empty" and move to a 1 Grade Comp with more travel in it...

a Fair bit of history there 'yourmatesam' and it stresses the point that the Riverina then SIRU Comp have been evolving Competitions over the years The SIRU Rugby Manger sent out an Email to all remaining Clubs in the SIRU Competition summarising what has happened in last couple of months or so...

Young needed to try something differnt and good luck to them If Temora have got their AGM tonight they will make their decision at that meeting Central west seems the logical place to go for Temora & Coota but 1 Grade competitions aren't the place to be if you want to expand in the future - just...

My club had reps at the Meeting and said that the biggest problem for Coota is the people who were talking on behalf of the Club on Sunday. Temora & Young apparently got their message across pretty well but the Coota spokespersons were too emotional and bascically want other Clubs in and out of...

SIRU AGM is this Sunday and it has a couple of interesting items in the Agenda including the prospect of a Premier Comp & 1 Grade Comp. I reckon the Comp will be status quo for next year except that Coota will either join up with another SIRU Club, play in the Monaro 1 Grade Comp or go into...

The SIRU AGM next month will be a big one My mail says that Harden will play with the Monaro Clubs and Junee aren't interested in a 1 Grade Comp. Young, Temora & Coota playing as 1st, 2nd & 3rd Grades - Problem Solved ? - Ha Ha
