The 6 from Iona has to get a look in. I have on good authority he has been identified and signed to a management group already. He has some serious potential in my opinion (the try Vs Villa was exceptional)

The Iona 13 was one of the most dangerous players on the park - he broke numerous tackles. 12 from Iona is a man mountain and if he learnt to use his size more effectively could form a lethal center pairing.

But agree - seeing as he is contracted to QRU - thought they could have allocated him somewhere else.

I heard he contacted Souths and asked if he could join (Fijian Connection) - can't turn down players of that quality.

Depends on what is involved in the session - and I am told it is training to the point of burnout.... But each to their own.

Colts at Souths train 3 times week (and have been since October last year) - which is more than their Premier Grade... Can't see that being sustainable as most of these kids are used to a 9 game season - but time will tell.....
