    Brumbies v Reds rd1 SR2013

This view is shared by a few punters, including how the wobs are selected/play. S15 has started, prefer to enjoy the rumble and stay away from that can of worms. Can't wait for more matches next weekend.

    Reds v Waratahs, rd2 SR2013

I heard Morahan is playing well, if I remember well last year he scored the only try in Canberra - he's a threat and I rate him - wonder why is not in the frame right now.

    Reds v Waratahs, rd2 SR2013

Agree. In the absence of Horwill and Genia, the Reds need to find another strong on-field leader, someone with a strong personality who hates losing games. Soon.

    Rebels vs Brumbies RD2 SR2013

The Brums' defensive intensity is the greatest difference I noticed from last year on Saturday night. The physicality at the breakdown on both sides was frightening. Wayne Smith on the OZ comments that the Brums' strategy "is highly physical and hugely attritional and one can only hope the...

As long as is legal, good thing to do.

    Rebels vs Brumbies RD2 SR2013

The Brumbies are certainly not a team tha thinks they'll give a hiding to anyone, White will make sure of that. And I would think Brumbies fans would equally avoid any form of patronising. Just hope the Brums will display the same intensity they showed vs the Reds.

    Brumbies v Reds rd1 SR2013

According to the Crimes "The Brumbies won the toss 40 minutes before the start of the game but decided to wait another 20 minutes before telling the Reds whether they would kick off and which way they would run." At the return match in Qld they'll all be wearing balaklavas.

    that'll win them the match.

Best wishes to Vaea for a full recovery. He really did well last year, hope he can return to the field in 2014 and for many years after that.

    Brumbies v Reds rd1 SR2013

Haven't heard much for Head Coach Graham in the lead up. Was expecting him to be the one naming the squad for the match.

    Brumbies v Reds rd1 SR2013

The big unknown from a Brumbies' perspective is what type of impact Pocock will have. Maybe this point has been overlooked a little in general discussion.

    Brumbies v Reds rd1 SR2013

This will be a low score affair, final scores close, repeat of the last game. Defences to overpower attack, barr the one-off try due to luck/individual stuff up. Penalty kicks may be decisive. Hope I am wrong (doesn't happen too often though ;) ).

    Brumbies v Reds rd1 SR2013

Hard to call this one. Reds have an advantage in terms of experience in tight games, while the Brumbies have the home advantage and pretty much their top side in the game. I think how well Pocock plays the match will be decisive for the Brumbies. Being the first match of the season, some silly...

Burgess may be on the move to Oz?

Agree 100% Let's see if Burgess returns to Australia.

Burgess may be on the move to Oz?

That criteria would make Giteau the best Australian centre by a long shot.

Trial: Brumbies v. Force this Friday in Darwin

Have not seen the match, so hard to comment. Anyway, based on previous comments here: . congrats to the Force for the match played, hopefully it will continue and we'll have a more competitive Aus conference - great for all concerned (except NZ and RSA, of course). It looks llike MMM will...

Agree entirely. However, must admit Bernie probably knows a little more about 10s.

    Brumbies 2013

"I don't see him as a 10 in our backline." Could this be another "play Vaea rather that Hooper at 7 vs the Reds" decision by White

    Brumbies 2013

Extract from an interview with Rathbone from the Australian. Now 31, Rathbone admits it has also been crucial to become more aware of the body's limitations. "I can't speak highly enough of the program here and what Jake and Dean have created. It is something I believe is unique in rugby. I...
