Bandar don't City sign off their game reports on their FB page JLTBL. Which I assume stands for Jesus loves the Boiled Lollies.

What is it with the politics in Wagga rugby? Why is it that City seem to be the club that fluctuates in fortunes? Waratahs always exist on a superior plane compared to the Lollies. J might LTBL but the city of good sports seems to love a club with a more refined patronage.

If Hay can't field a team in SIRU why would the CW comp be a more attractive proposition?

A mungo in his playing days Francis. Has high level mungo coaching qualifications. Helped change the culture and consequently success of local mungo club. Has been involved in coaching junior rugby union. His son plays prop for senior blacks. A good bloke who will be well liked by others in...

Good points made there Bandar. It will be interesting to see the quantity and quality of Leeton's squad next sason.

My response to Bandar was probably unfair. The fact is that Wagga does provide 4 teams to Siru, which is half the competition. However Bandar's statement of Griffith winning the competition is only a matter of getting the right coach is way off the mark. When we did win the comp in 2014 the...

Demographics and size have got nothing to do with it Bandar. Wagga has 2 town teams with a population of 64000. Without the uni Wagga would have 2 teams. Griffith has a population of 26000. We don't have a tertiary institution like CSU and a lot of our potential players leave our town...

Griffith have their AGM on October 14. The coaching position has already been advertised so something might be announced then.

What's happening in 2018? Surely something contentious has arisen that can provoke conversation. Have any coaches been appointed? Is the AGM likely throw up some controversial issues?

Seru and Marika are Phantoms now. I wouldn't have thought the Blacks or either of them would be entertaining a re-union. Did the former player elaborate Happy on what the things that needed sorting out were?

How is it that Waratahs got so close to beating the unbeatable Leeton team. Looking to 2018 what happens to Leeton? Do the Fiji contingent which made up the majority of the team continue on?

I think the only chance Waratahs have is to play a very negative style of rugby. 2 points seem obvious. Number 1, if a lot of points are scored in the game Leeton wins. Number 2, if Leeton have 50% or more of the pill a lot of points are going to be scored in the game. Is there any way Waratahs...

Did a bit of research Francis. Places like Coota, Harden and Canowindra play along with the teams you mentioned. Blayney is over 4 hours away. Canowindra is over 3. Siru is a better option for Griffith.

Even though I support the Blacks (I live here) I'm not really in the loop of what's happening. Just wondering about your comment Happy. That one team Central West comp centres a great deal around Orange. The distances of teams even south of Orange are way to far to allow our entry into that...
